STRUCTURED SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN 3 YEARS – SCHOOL AGE

This is a structured, fun and friendly independent class for children aged 3 years to school age children, designed to build your child’s confidence as they progress through motor skills like balance, spatial awareness, strength, co-ordination and agility. There will be a variety of small and large equipment used throughout the gym. Children will be introduced to gymnastics language and basic skills in preparation for Gymnastics for All classes. The classes are planned as per standards and guidance set by the Department of Education and include work towards the important areas of learning and development. The planning of the classes ensures the children’s ‘school readiness’ and gives children the broad range of knowledge and skills that provide the right foundation for good future progress through school and life.

Monthly:
